Electronic City is located just outer Bangalore of India
State Karnataka. It was established by the Karnataka State Electronics
Development Corporation in the 1978 – they were starting their business with related
to IT developments. Electronic City is observed as one of India’s major
Electronic Industrial Parks; spread over 332 acres of land area in Konappana, Agrahara
and Doddathogur villages. Electronic City area is sub divided into three areas
– Phase 1, Phase 2 & Phase 3 includes of more than 300 software companies
and a vast workforce of peoples who are working in this area. Due to this reason,
there has been rise in number of people who want to settle down in this area
and its environs, and thus the property
in Electronic City has been rising in the last few decades.
Apart from being a posh IT hub, Electronic City also brings

Electronic City offers excellent connectivity with other main
areas of Bangalore City. The grand highway on the NH7 joins Electronic City
with the Silk Board and Hosur Road, and is in fact considered to be country’s
longest important road. This prominent stretch of road has efficiently concentrated
the travel time from Silk Board to Electronic City. Separately from that, the NICE
road joins the NH7 with the Bannerghatta Road and also the Hosa Road joins
Sarjapur with Hosur Road. Separately, there are also several planned and future
metro rail lines like the R.V. Road joining Bommasandra and few planned
stations joins JayaDeva Hospital, R.V. Road, Hebbagodi, Silk Board etc. Outstanding
connectivity has been an additional benefit for the rise in the number of
residential apartments in Electronic City and its adjacent areas in the current
scenario.
