Mantri has set a launch price of 4740 per sq.ft. This is only appropriate to the ground floor units. Customers will have to pay additional 48000 (all inclusive) just about per floor rise. So a customer who wants a house on 15th floor will have to pay 6.5 lakhs approximately for a unit size of 1145 sq.ft. On booking, customers are accepted to pay 10 per cent of the unit value and 15 per cent on agreement.
